  Me and my 80 year old mum went to Apple in Meadowhall a few weeks ago and were helped by someone called Alicia. She was so helpful and spent a really long time talking to us. It must have been about 30/45 minutes at least. We wanted to find out all the information we needed to about what apple watch would be good for my mum in terms of it sensing if she has fallen and notifying me/999. Alicia explained how that all worked. She then gt out a few models for mum to try to see how they felt. She let us try them with a strap we had bought elsewhere. She explained how to use the features and we talked about what sort of strap would be best. She explained things really sensitively, kindly and positively and gave us loads of time even though we said from the start that we weren't going to buy anything that day. We went in planning on potentially afterwards getting a refurished watch not directly from apple. But we had such a good experience that it made us both think maybe we'd spend the extra and just get one directly. It was just great customer service from Alicia. She also told us about sessions mum could come to to learn how to use the watch if she wanted and she told us when these happened. Thank you Alicia!

  Absolutely appalling customer service!!! Including managers Loads of staff not willing to help Wait 1hour to see technician Only they can’t do anything and will need to be sent off . Why couldn’t the first member of staff tell me this . Instead of putting me in a Que to see technology If you need technical support don’t waste time in this shop just phone the support line and let them help you

  The worst Apple Store I have ever been to. Management team doesn’t know what to do and how many people. I was waiting 1.5 h to be serve. I always though that when you go to Apple Store you will have the best experience and the best customer service, but apparently not in this store. If you need help, go to different one.
